Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Penaga. While the staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The hotel's central location was excellent for exploring George Town, but I was disappointed with the breakfast options and some facilities.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Penaga. The rooms are beautifully styled and spacious, which I really loved. but there were some cleanliness issues that made me uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, but I wished for more variety. The location was good, offering easy access to many attractions, although late-night noise from nearby shops was a problem.
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Penaga, with its stunning architecture and local charm. While the breakfast could've had a bit more variety and the WiFi was hit or miss, the comfortable rooms and attentive staff really made my visit special. I appreciated the hotel's eco efforts, too, and would definitely come back again!
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Penaga during my recent stay. On one hand, the location was great and within walking distance to many attractions, which made it convenient for sightseeing. On the other hand, I faced some issues with the amenities and service that brought down my overall impression. The decor and boutique character of the place are lovely, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
Hotel Penaga has a distinctive charm with its boutique style and historical decor. but my overall experience was tempered by a few issues. The rooms were tastefully decorated, yet I faced significant noise disturbances from both outside traffic and occasional rodent sounds. While the staff were polite and accommodating, problems like inconsistent water temperature and basic breakfast offerings detracted from my stay.
